CANCELLATION POLICY
As a by-appointment-only studio, each appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. We understand that unforeseen events may arise and schedules can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice so we may accommodate other clients. Policy Terms: • With at least 48 hours’ notice, your deposit may be transferred once to a future appointment. • Cancellations or rescheduling made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in loss of the deposit. • No-shows are subject to a 100% charge of the scheduled service amount. • Cancellations must be made by phone call or direct message only. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments and is applied toward your service total. By scheduling an appointment with us, you agree to the terms of this cancellation policy.
